The golden PVDF coating for curtain wall material coating is an organic coating with fuorocarbon resin as base material and metal particle or mica crystal as color powder. The content of PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) is more than 70% (resin mass ratio). Fluorine / carbon bonding is considered to be the most stable and firm bond in the chemical structure of fuorocarbon base materials.

Skim →Alkali-Corrosion → Blare-elimination(by acid) →Chromiumizing → Drying → Parts-installation →Spraying Solidifying → Parts- removing → QC& Packing
