Aluminum solid panel is a new curtain wall material that uses high-quality aluminum alloy plate as the base plate, and then is formed by CNC bending and other technologies, and the decorative coating surface is sprayed. Aluminum solid panel has been used in curtain walls for more than ten years and is still in use today. Generally, AA1100 pure aluminum or AA3003 aluminum alloy plates with a thickness of 2-4mm are used to do aluminum solid panel. The aluminum solid panel is mainly processed into the required shape and size structure through cutting, folding, bending, welding, grinding and other processes. Aluminum solid panel has strong wind pressure resistance, and even if it is placed outdoors for a long time, it rarely deforms. Through manual spraying of durable powder or paint, it rarely fades even if it is exposed to the sun and rain for a long time.
