What aluminum perforated sheet thickness you can do ?
We can do aluminum wall cladding sheet thickness 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm,10mm for cnc cutting design, and also we can do aluminum casting sheet 10mm,15mm,20mm thick .
What is your aluminum panel MOQ ?
Our wall panels are all with customized size,dimensions, designs, colors and shapes, so we can make our small quantity as sample order , but mostly if your quantity is more than 100sqms, you can have a good price .
What aluminum metal expanded mesh used for ?
Aluminum expanded mesh is widely using interior and exterior building materials decoration. They can be used for ceiling, walls, partitions, window screen, sun shade and so o n.
What is the thickness difference of aluminum solid panel and aluminum composite panel ?
aluminum solid panel –Aluminum sheet thickness :1.2mm, 1.5mm,2mm, 2.5mm,3mm,4mm,5mm,6mm
But aluminum composite panel thickness is mostly with 3mm and 4mm thick ,alum sheet thickness is 0.2mm, 0.3mm mostly.
What surface treatment you can do for wall cladding panels ?
Normally we can do powder coating, PE coating, PVDF coating for our wall cladding sheets, we used brand like Jotun, Akzo Nobel, PPG and so on.
Also there are some projects requesting anodized finished, we can also do for you ,but the anodized film we can do only 5-15um.
What is your warranty for your aluminum sheets product ?
We can provide 5 years,10 years and 15 years warranty for the aluminum wall projects.
